At Eagle Quality Components, quality assurance is a

fundamental part of our core competencies.

Quality Inspection Equipment

All equipment is on a calibration schedule in addition to checking against gages before use and in process to ensure confidence in our quality. All components go through final inspection before being sent to customers.

Checkmaster CMM with Nikon CMM manager software, Height gages and surface plates at all machine stations, Gage blocks, Gage pins, Bore micrometers, Surface tester, Optical Comparator, Various Special micrometers for grooves and undercut.

We combine the skills and expertise of our employees and provide them with sophisticated equipment to manufacture and inspect finished goods to conform to your exacting standards & print specifications. Eagle Quality Components is ISO 9001:2015 Certified effective March 3, 2023 and expires March 2, 2026 . Our procedures are not limited to products manufactured solely by Eagle Quality Components. Parts and materials procured for completion of your parts or assemblies must also pass our rigid quality assurance requisites.

Material Quality Control

Here at Eagle Quality Components we only use domestic materials that are held to the highest standards. As soon as the material is received it is logged into a spread sheet and then tagged with a tracking number. This unique code follows the flow of the shop so the customer is just an email away in regards to material certifications.
